This guide is aimed at raising awareness and promoting the integration of people with disabilities in the workforce. It promotes disability mainstreaming in society as a whole and in Social Economy enterprises and organisations in particular. Cases of Social Economy enterprises and organisations are presented to illustrate how simple measures can improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities, helping gain a disability perspective in any type of enterprise.
